Good Rule of Thumb? Don't Urinate in the Shoe Aisle of a Store
Chances are that if you urinate or defecate outside the store's restroom, you'll be asked to leave and never return. Well, an Ohio man was banned from his local Walmart for relieving himself in the shoe aisle, but seemingly had a hard time comprehending the concept of staying away.
Sentinel Tribune reports that Timothy Cole, 64, of Bowling Green was tossed from his local Walmart following his poor demonstration of bladder control, and even told responding police that it was an accident that could not be helped.
Well, he was tossed on Monday, but returned about two hours later because, surprise, he needed to use the restroom. He even yelled at one of the employees who tried to shoo him out the door.
Obviously, he was slapped with a criminal trespass citation, but it should be noted that happened to be his second one that day.
Turns out, before his accident at Walmart, he tried his luck at the local Kroger, a store he is also banned from.
Cole walked into the local joint and was prompty shooed out by an employee.
He didn't stay away for too long, opting to walk in again about 10 minutes later, to which he told police that he's having a hard time staying away from the place because it's so close to his home. There, he was given his first citation for criminal trespass.
It's unknown what he did to get himself chucked from Kroger and, considering what he did to get on Walmart's bad side -- do you really want to know?
