Impatient Pup Learns How to Get Owner's Attention
They say, "You can't teach an old dog, new tricks," but it turns out they were wrong.
Tyler Fust brought his furry pal, Wally the boxer, along for a ride to a nearby store and all was well until while in the store he heard someone relentlessly laying on a car horn. Turns out, that someone was his pup.
In a video shared on Facebook, the car horn blares as Tyler exits a shop and makes his way to his Ford pickup truck where he finds Wally sitting in the driver's seat with a paw on the steering wheel. The recording, which has garnered over 200,000 views, ends with Wally shooting his owner some "serious side-eye" showing his disapproval of being left in the vehicle.
The 32-year-old dairy farmer told Mirror Online, "As soon as I heard the honking, I knew it was Wally. He learned to honk about six months ago and now he does it whenever he wants my attention."
"Wally is getting more and more impatient as he gets older. I was only inside the shop for two minutes before he started this time," he explained.
Using the car horn isn't the only talent that Wally has, according to Tyler. Wally also has "a unique set of abilities including opening doors, whether he has to push or pull with his paw."
